YOUNGQUN GUO Works

Youngqun Guo was born in Sichuan P.R. China. She is a self taught artist, but has studied under several masters throughout her life.  When Guo uses ink, it is extracted from natural materials and painted on homemade or rice paper. When she paints in oil she uses canvas. Often Guo begins her paintings with no stetching nor preconceived ideas, allowing her creative energy,colors and textures to naturally develope as she paints.
